BRIEF

Framerica, a leading picture frame manufacturer, launched a new product line called "Cathedral." The line features finishes showcasing a distinctive wood grain pattern known as "cathedral grain." This pattern is characterized by upward-facing arcs resembling the peaks of a cathedral. The first color in the line was a modern greige. Framerica needed product branding that emphasized the unique essence of this line and campaign assets to support its launch.

SOLUTION

I crafted a rustic yet modern aesthetic for the Cathedral line, blending the warmth of natural textures with the clean sophistication of a modern farmhouse style. The logo design featured a luxury-style sans serif typeface with custom enhancements—elongating the peaks of the "A"s in "CATHEDRAL" to echo the upward arcs of the cathedral grain pattern.
 

With the branding established, I extended the visual identity to several print ads and social media posts to reflect each new color in the Cathedral line, creating a cohesive and impactful product campaign. This branding system highlighted the line’s elegance and craftsmanship while aligning with the trending modern farmhouse aesthetic popular among Framerica’s audience.
