FRANCHISE MARKETING

BRIEF

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux was in a period of expansion and needed a suite of marketing materials to support new restaurant openings and franchise growth efforts. The focus was on engaging prospective franchisees and building brand visibility at key industry events. I was brought in to create a wide range of digital and print assets for both in-store promotions and large-scale conferences. The challenge was to design cohesive materials using only the brand’s photography, while also incorporating a mid-project update to their visual identity.

SOLUTION

I designed a series of targeted marketing materials aimed at attracting potential franchisees, including in-restaurant digital ads, franchise overview sheets, email templates, social media posts and ads, and branded signage. A key part of the project involved creating assets for various events, most notably the Multi-Unit Franchising Conference (MUFC), which included event invitations, posters, email graphics, and a large-format video wall. Throughout the process, I worked within Walk-On’s evolving brand standards, blending updated design elements as they were rolled out.
 

 

My design approach centered on highlighting the brand’s core values — presenting Walk-On’s as a high-energy, family-friendly sports bar serving scratch-made food in a fun, welcoming environment. Each piece was crafted to reflect that spirit, elevate their photography, and generate genuine interest in franchising opportunities.
