BRIEF

Small Potatoes Communications is a woman-owned agency built to bring clients’ visions to life through strategic, authentic work that connects and inspires. The focus is always on people first, with genuine collaboration and work grounded in care. After navigating big wins and major pivots, SPC was ready to step into its next chapter with a rebrand that combined the clarity and polish of a larger agency with the heart and hustle of a people-first creative studio.

SOLUTION

The rebrand was designed to create a bold, feminine identity that radiates confidence and fun, while staying grounded in SPC’s people-first roots. A lively palette of deep purple, golden yellow, and coral infuses warmth and energy, while organic shapes and flowing linework move like conversations, symbolizing collaboration and meaningful connections. Bold, rounded serif headlines paired with clean sans serif body text strike a balance between character and clarity.
 

The logo reimagines SPC’s signature French fries into a speech bubble, a playful nod to the original mark while clearly conveying communication. Subtle touches, like the fries forming the letter “M” for owner Michelle and custom wordmark details, bring depth and cohesion. To highlight SPC’s position as a small agency delivering the expertise and impact of a larger firm, we developed the tagline “Small Potatoes, Big Impact”, capturing both their playful personality and professional capabilities.
